Lincoln has been working in the Staffing and recruiting world for ~20 years and is based in Seattle, WA. Since the Dot-Com crash, Lincoln has helped clients navigate the ever evolving Talent Acquisition challenges that every company faces regardless of size and level of maturity of the organization. Lincoln has partnered with C Suite Executives, and founders of all shapes and sizes to help guide strategy and move business forward with the right people. Lincoln has a passion for understanding what people need to feel fulfilled out of their work, and how to ask questions that help pull these answers out. Having worked to fill positions in almost every industry Lincoln has the relationships and experience to leverage a network of incredible talent across North America and Europe. Lincoln shoots straight and believes in radical transparency. The main values you can expect from Lincoln are that relationships are always more valuable than transactions, and to deliver on promises. Colin Davies
Colin was born and raised in Seattle, WA. After graduating with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Marketing from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, he moved back to Seattle where he worked for a large tech recruiting firm before joining TechTalent NW. He has a passion for connecting candidates across the US with exciting new opportunities at companies of various sizes and industries. He loves recruiting, as it provides him the opportunity to help individuals progress in their careers while helping companies address critical needs within their organization. He specializes in connecting top talent with opportunities in the IT and engineering fields. You may run into Colin at tech networking events, shopping at the Ballard farmers market, or on the soccer pitch!
